Release 1.1.1 (stable)

• Features:
• PharmacoDB API at https://api.pharmacodb.com has been retired. The API is now only available on https://pharmacodb.pmgenomics.ca/api. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Bugs:
• Previous Database Version contained an error matching the gene-drug associations to the datasets. It is specifically known that the, FIMM and CTRPv2 datasets were incorrectly labeled. This has been corrected in the newest dump. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.1143644
• Fixed a bug with outputting the gene-drug table to a csv where the mDataType column was missing.
• Added a tissue column to the gene drug table.
